Returns

Our goal is to make your experience as easy as possible. We offer a complimentary 60-day return policy from the time of purchase, and the only thing we ask is that your products are sent back in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with tags applied) and in the original packaging. All items are inspected upon receipt to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policies, and any item in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you.

The above applies to all purchases excluding shipping costs and special events, such as but not limited to, Sale/Clearance items. 

Packages are processed on a first-come basis. Please allow up to 7 business days for our team to process your refund. Once your order has been refunded, you will be notified via email. Please keep in mind that there is often some pressing time before a refund is officially posted (1-5 business days). If, after this, you still have not received your refund, please contact us at help@boroughfitness.com.
